Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt City Hauptbahnhof

Being a new hotel, I expected some problems, but was unable to find any. I don't drive in Europe, and the location being close to the train station made it perfect for me to meet with several friends who live there. The reception was comfortable, and I was impressed with the security (you need a key for the elevator, floor, and room), which made me feel very relaxed. The breakfast, is wonderful with plenty to choose from. As per the norm (for me), English is well spoken. My room was quiet, overlooking a back alley. It was what I needed.

From the booking in to booking out, service was excellent. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the cleaning staff polite and friendly. Reception was a dream compared to some other hotels. The test is when you run into challenges. Both of mine were not related to hotel faults and were dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, if a little short on variety, but that is nit picking! Site is ideal for station and to walk around the city. Well done, and meant.

Very clean, well presented, inside safe & secure. Newly opened, good continental breakfast. Close to main railway station, 2 blocks walk. Lots of places to eat & drink and only a 10 minutes walk to the major Zeil shopping centre. Walk in shower, even a power point in the bathroom! The first we'd seen in Europe. Flat screen-tv. Cheap internet access in the lobby. Didn't use car parking, but it was available.

We were family of four with two small kids, and the room was set up nicely with a queen and a sofa bed. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Great experience.

The room was excellent. Very spacious and it had a lovely ensuite. The room very was very clean and the option of firm and soft pillows was a nice added extra.It was very reasonably priced and we definitely got more from our moneys worth.

The location is perfect, the room are lovely, clean, brilliant design. I couldnt fault the holiday inn and will definately be staying next year :)

I booked a room at this new property because of its convenient location for the business I had in Frankfurt. The room I was given was spacious, clean and had one of the nicest bathrooms I've had in a hotel room recently. The free buffet breakfast was a big plus. All in all, this hotel offered fantastic value for its rate.

The hotel is new, so all the facilities are very good. The reception girls are very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is nice.

The location was fantastic, very near the haupt bahnhof and really near the museumsufer also. it was great that a breakfast buffet was included in the price and the place was spotless and soo new. Fantastic Shower and i liked the fact that reception offered to give complimetnary toiletries if you had forgotten yours!

I travel usually on train, location was very close to the train station. Room were very clean with good design. Staff is helpful and nice

Very good hotel. Clean and big big room. The bathroom is the best!!! I love it. The breakfast is perfect.

Staff was excellent, hotel in a good location for everything that I needed, even though I arrived late at night, there were still enough places open in the neighbourhood to get something to eat. Main trainstation only about 5 mins walking away, made it great for connections. Room was great. Would stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. However the hotel had only been open for there months so I'd expect it to be good. The staff were helpful, pleasant and all spoke good English which was very helpful to us.

Hotel Staff were friendly, accomodation were very good and confortable, Breakfest was good and the hotel is very close to the Central Station. I'm gonna stay again when I return to Frankfurt.

Staff was friendly and facility was clean, and room was very clean and modern. Near the Main River, which made it convenient for walks along the river and access to shopping and places to eat along the river also. Location is also convenient for transportation as it's close to the Main train terminal

Easy to reach the main station and the staff are helpful . Clean room and bed is so comfortable.

Very clean hotel, clean rooms, change of towels and linen every day. The loaction is perfect, it is 5 minutes from the central railway station and 10 min. From the central market of Frankfurt (Zeil). The staff is very nice and helpful.
