Experience and Expansion

The Foremost Group was founded in 2002 by property investor Mr Usama Dessoky.

Following the owner-operated business-model, Foremost is active in both fields of the hospitality industry; real estate development and hotel operations.

The Foremost Groups core activity lies in the focused service hotel market. The Group acquired and operated 3 Holiday Inn Express (HIEX) Hotels in the United Kingdom: HIEX Bristol (96 rooms), HIEX Birmingham NEC (179 rooms), and HIEX Stafford (103 rooms).

Due to excellence in service standards and guest satisfaction Foremost Hospitality has been decorated by the renowned InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) with several Torchbearer and Quality Excellence Awards.

Torchbearer is an InterContinental Hotels Group award given to the top 3% of performers in the Guest Satisfaction Tracking System (GSTS) across  Europe, the Middle East and Africa for its brand.

Guest Satisfaction Tracking System (GSTS) is bespoke to the InterContinental Hotels Group and an indication that the property has recorded the best annual GSTS Index score in the region for its brand. It is our best predictor of intent to return / recommend based on guest satisfaction.

Expanding activities to Germany from 2006 Foremost has been selected by IHG as the preferred franchise partner. Current projects include: HIEX Berlin Alexanderplatz (240 Zimmer).

The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation officially approved that Foremost Hospitality is on a right path. With the D&B security rating, the Foremost Group is valued with a risk indicator of 1, which conforms with a minimal risk of default. With a D&B rating category 3A and the minimal default risk, Foremost belongs to one of the safest and solvent companies in the market.
